Prospective participants are welcome to submit full papers (4 to 6 pages) or extended abstracts (2 pages), to be presented as posters. Submissions must follow the IEEE Conference paper template (link: https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/tex.php).  Submissions will be managed via email. Please send your paper to solar.icra23@gmail.com, specifying “Submission to SOLAR workshop” as subject. Accepted submissions will be archived on this website.

We also welcome submissions that include material that is already published or under review in other venues. In this case, if accepted, manuscripts will not be published on the workshop website.
